If you are starting your ARFID recovery journey, it is recommended that you reach out to an Eating Disorder Association in your area. They will be a source of information for advice and referrals to relevant healthcare professionals.
Talk with other ARFID Parents & Carers
EDFA has a Monthly National ARFID online support meeting for Parents & Carers of children with ARFID. This is on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 8pm AEDT.
A problem shared is a problem halved. This is an excellent forum to connect with other families that are facing the challenges of caring for an ARFID child.
